Generally no, anal beads aren't really meant for stretching in that sense, it's more the feeling of fullness. If you ask me honestly, no hole is too tight if you're using enough lube. Safest route is probably just to practise with gradually wider dildos and it'll become much more comfortable. Keep the area moist so as not to cause pain, and enjoy.

I truly am getting old, as I have a story about this. In 1995, I bought a Purple Ford Escort GT, thinking it was blue because I am colorblind.
