Hello everyone! I have realized recently that I love drawn yiff and furry porn much more than real zoo porn. Can I still call myself a zoophile?

Personally, I think that being aroused with furry porn is zoophilia too and if you like it, you are zoo already. No matter, anthro or feral. Do you agree with me?

I have seen so much zoo porn while reviewing the porn section looking for abuse to delete, that I rarely see something I have not seen before.
Yiff on the other hand is always renewed. People post something new daily.
I have my own dog, so I have lots of sex as well. So the porn kind of lost it's allure for me.
There is still nice and interesting porn. Well made clips or photos that do capture my interest. It just happens much less often these days. And usually with less common species. I have simply seen to many hundreds of dog dicks to find a regular dick pic too interesting. Unless it is a really well taken photo.

I do not think it depends on the type of porn you watch, but on what species you want to have sex with or prefer.
If you want an animal partner, you are a zoo.
If you want a human partner, you are not.
And you can be somewhat in between. But usually people will prefer one over the other.

I for example do not generally find people sexy and all partners I have ever dreamed of having were not humans.

Well what is the "scientific definition of a true zoo"? Do you need to be exclusive, more that ten years in it or else?
Just forget about definitions and labels, there are are a thousand reasons and variations in being zoo and not a single one is true or better than the other. And zoo does not automatically include sex.

No. That might work for furries, but zoos have more concrete defining characteristics.
You can not for example identify as a zoophile while not being into animals.
Being a furry is a fashion statement nowadays. People (especially younger) pretend to be furries for tiktok.
But being a zoophile is hardly something you want to do just for fun.
