All-day somewhat discrete anal toy?

Is there a knotted anal toy that I can wear all day or half a day`discretely? I know BD sells a lot of awesome knotted toys that could fit the bill, but the base of the toy protrudes out a bit and is somewhat noticeable under a pair of pants.

I mean, I kept a medium rex from bad dragon knotted in my ass while I ate dinner with family, I wore jeans and it didn't seem to protrude enough to make a shape. I'd say get a medium with a suction cup. The suction cup should allow the base to warp a little and stay hidden even better.
Also get him in soft rather than medium, so he'll have an even harder time trying to come back out
