I have a moral question, I was look at chat bit on an ai site and found a lot of dog and horse one, is it ok to use these or is it not

I'd say it's fine as long as it's not against the specific rules of the site or whatever.

Also, if you use AI to make any art or stories you should definitely put that info as a foreword.

It is an algorithm that does not have it's own consciousness. So it can not give consent or understand what consent is beyond being able to formulate the definition.
You can ask it though whether it agrees with you.
The worst that can happen is that you structure your question in a way that hits one of the preprogrammed nope conditions because it is artificially limited to not be able to talk about sex for example.

But I swear my computer looks at me with googly eyes. Or at least someone in Google looks at my stuff with lusty eyes.
