Film whatever you want on a camera that does not store meta data and never post the content online.
Follow those 2 rules and you should be completely safe from the law and people trying to doxx you.

I'd say that in approximately 100% of those cases it is the guy who leaks the footage.
OP is the boyfriend in this scenario and we would have proof of him being a doxxer if that happens.

It was certainly my mom who tried to drag my dad through the dirt for 10 years (including coercing false claims of sexual abuse against me and my siblings) after their divorce.
