Advice on meeting members from the community

Hello all,

I am new to the site, but not new to the experience.

My partner and I are looking to expand my experience with owners, but we are a little cautious how to go about meeting them.

The major concern for us right now, is any enforcement agencies that are potentially posing on here to catch people in the lifestyle. Is this a thing? Does anyone know if this happens and if so, how we can spot those profiles?

Next, how do you go about putting decent procedures in place to ensure that BOTH parties safety is in place. It is very important to us that everyone is well treated with love and care, and all are on the same page.
