Hi all so if like to hear your thoughts on this, i wsnt to adopt a dog, was wondering if 3 years old is too old? Should i rather get a puppy?

All animals deserve forever homes. If you have the room in your house and your heart you should absolutely rescue a dog and give them a home.
Be aware tho, most kennels/shelters (in my jurisdiction anyway) mandate sterilization for all rescues/adoptions. Depending on your intentions, that can be very detrimental.
