a question i have about zoo pride flags

is it ok to still use the old (blue, white and purple) zoo flag to show pride? i'm asking because i've seen people call this flag outdated and say that the new one (brown, green and teal) is the official one now, but i prefer the older flag but ain't sure if your allowed to use it anymore
 
use whatever you want if you wish to paint a target on your back for literally no reason, "zoo police" won't come to confiscate your "wrongly colored" flag depicting your "pride" in something you had no control over. hang it next to your tall/short/talljustenough ppl pride, whichever applies to you

legal trouble is probably the least of your concerns when publicly showing off something like this. these flags and symbols aren't secret, one over-zealous anti is more than enough to get your stuff vandalized. like a windshield of your car if you put a sticker there.
i mean, there are places where your shit will get vandalized over completely legal things, like a gay pride sticker. ppl do pretty vile shit in the name of "doing the right thing"

You underestimate how much free time and malice random people have. Getting caught is one thing. You'll mostly get mocked/scolded for that, outside of any legal consequences. If people get the sense that you're political about it, though, NOW, you're an actual problem in their eyes.
Now, they see you as a threat to society, and will try to figure out ways to socially/economically destroy you.

Also, if I'm being real, if ever there were a time to fight for zoo acceptance, it isn't now, and won't be soon. The actual LGBT+ already has enough problems without having to worry about fascists saying that the step after teachers trans'ing your kids is teachers teaching your kids how to fuck dogs. This is not the same thing as being gay, trans, etc. This is not something you need to be open about. You don't need to marry your dog/horse, nor should you, really. It has nothing to do with how you present yourself to society, like with trans people. It is something that other people just deadass don't need to know about. Wanting people to be less hateful is one thing, but society isn't there, yet.

I do not even know there is some new flag. :D
Who cares, you can not present it anywhere anyway just like said above.
If it is outdated, then what was it updated to? And why was it updated?

Flying this flag publicly is the equivalent of asking someone to burn your house down around your ears. Zoos are about a thousand notches below gays, people still get killed for being gay. Why anyone is still stupid enough to poke the bear in regards to zoo flags and other such stupidity is a mystery to me.

There are still millions of Darwin Awards left, step right up and get one if you wish.
