A day at the dog park

Can't say I have, because there aren't any dogs just strolling about anywhere in this country. Not as far as I've ever heard at least. Pardon my curiosity though. Did it not have an owner keeping an eye on it, or what was it doing there?

His owner was there, as were many other people. If he didn't have an owner, I might have had a new dog.

My first encounter as a teen was with a neighborhood dog who was very horny and trying to hump anything. We were kindred spirits and I jacked him off several times over the course of the summer. I soon realized that there were lots of intact male dogs and many of them were off-leash.

I experienced the same with neighborhood dogs.

One day I went and there wasn't a lot going on. There was a beautiful, good sized intact dog wandering around. I knelt down to pet him and he was a bit forward about wanting sex. He would've mounted me if I let him, and seemed miserable. I felt so sorry for him. Anybody else have a similar experience?

For a zoo that likes male dogs, these kind of encounters can be quite frequent. I don't know if it is due to dogs always looking for anything to mount, or because they sense us as a receptive partner and can read our signals... On the other hand, other dogs never get the idea with humans.

It’s hard to exactly understand what is going through a dog’s mind. they have especially sensitive and strong sense of smell and to be honest, I think they can tell if a female (human or dog) is aroused and can tell if she is receptive: I know that there are times I feel like my German Shepard can read my mind…but in reality he is just really ‘in tune’ with me.

I would suspect that if someone had an intact dog, and that dog shows an exceptional interest in a woman…the owner would suspect there is a reason for that interest

well said Angyl.. "in tune" counts so much.
