5yr old male won't hump?

hi all I've got a five year old male who just shows no interest in humping. I've gotten him fully hard but he never thrusts. he also is not neutered. he happy let's me touch him back there and gets very hard but he's never once humped or mounted.

I've had previous experience with males before, I know how to properly get them hard. (stroking the sheath behind the knot etc)

Does anyone have any advice? he still doesn't really hump at all I'm also noticing he doesn't really cum either? but he's unaltered.

I have a male very similar. I’ve put it in for him when he’s soft and he gets hard and will knot outside of me but never thrusts. He loves it but won’t mount and thrust even when we are both frustrated and want it.
