I recently got an inflatable knot but cant seem to get the knot in before inflation. Any ideas or has anyone had this issue?

So there was a dildo i had found a long time ago that actually had an inflatable knot on it and it would inflate pretty big. I've found a few toys recently that are similar but all of them only inflate the smallest bit. Would anyone be able to post links to good inflatable knots?

I've been curious if anyone has managed to produce a horse dildo with a manually inflatable flare. Couldn't seem to find any on my own. It definitely seems like it would be challenging to create.
