It really depends what sort of comment you would like to make. PV was making a point about women's rights. Yes, it was political, but I know her quite well, she is not terribly political herself, but she has strong views about rights. All she was saying is that, in some countries, it is much easier to buy a gun than it is to have full ownership of your own body, male or female.
