2 weeks and honestly that was because I just got snipped and was told not too. Was in a state of near constant hornyness, Easily one of my most powerful orgasms though when I finally could.

Great question! Having a big piece of steel running through the frenulum does sometimes heighten sensitivity, at least for me, and also is aesthetically pleasing to me. The pain of having it done was considerable, but given a choice, knowing what I know now, I would do it again. 🤷‍♂️
